Welcome to our customer portal. Here you will find useful links that enable you to quickly and efficiently obtain support from our Service Desk team in the following ways:

  • Live Chat: Need to talk to someone now?
    By clicking this link you will be able to electronically chat directly to one of our Service Desk team in real time. Live chat is currently available from 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday but plans are underway to extend this.
  • Ticket Logging: Perhaps you simply want to log your issue for us to respond?
    Here you can log onto our ticketing system to raise a new ticket, update or reply to an existing ticket or view the status of a ticket.
  • Reset Password: Forgotten your password?
    If you are a Managed Mobile Information Service (MMIS formerly EMM) user you can reset your password online 24/7.
    Note: You must register to use this service. If you have forgotten your password without registering you will need to contact the Service Desk for reset instructions via Live Chat, Ticket Logging or by Contacting Us direct.
  • Service Status: Want to know how your service is performing?
    This enables you to view the status of our service platforms in real time. We also post information on planned outages here.
  • Contact Us: Still need help?
    Then please contact a member of our Service Desk and we will gladly help you with your query. This area gives you the option to either email us directly or speak directly to one of the team.
